10. Calibration, Two Point Technique

1) From the Settings screen, tap the Calibration Sensor.

2) From this screen you can tap the Learn More button to access an FAQ about calibration. The screen will also provide information of the last time and how the sensor was calibrated. To begin the calibration process, tap the Calibrate button.

3) From this screen, please choose “Customize Calibration”. Before performing a two point calibration, we highly recommend doing a one point calibration first with the automated one point calibration process in the app. For more info see the one point calibration FAQ.

4) Place your Smart Sensor inside your 32% calibration kit for 24 to 36 hours. After waiting this time, you can add your low point calibration number.

5) The Low Point Offset will be 32 minus the number your Smart Sensor is currently reading after being in the calibration kit. For example if your sensor is reading 37% RH after 24-36 hours in the calibration kit, the offset would be -5% (32 – 37 = -5).
