How to recover your password

On the login view, tap the forgot password button. Afterwards, enter your email address and press Send Reset Email. If you get an error message, ensure your email is typed correctly. If it is, please contact customer support to help you recover your account.

In your email, you should get an email from Boveda Inc with a link to reset your password. Follow the link, enter your email address, and new password. Upon returning to the app, use that same email and new password to login. If the user still cannot login or they do not receive a password reset email, contact Blustream support to locate that user’s account.
