How do I RMA my sensor?
Sensors may be replaced without notifying Blustream. If unsure whether replacement is necessary, please escalate the customers support request to Blustream support. For RMA’d sensors, please send return postage so that Blustream engineers can inspect the sensor for potential issues and defects. When sending Blustream a RMA’d sensor, please include the users contact information and support ticket number. Blustream uses that information to help diagnose and resolve any issues.
